The Tlou House was established July 28, 2022 in loving memory
of my brother Joy and to honor our parents Litha and Josiah.
You supported strangers who became friends, friends who
became family, and if you saw a need for shelter your door
was always open. These doors will always be open.
In dedication, let this be a house where a family can live
together while pursuing their life’s dreams. Let this be a
house where neighbors become friends. Let this be a
house where your spirit and love of community live forever.
Let this be a home and not just a house.

This Secondary Bedroom has a ceiling fan, a large closet, and room to grow into. Your family and guests will love the comfort of this room.

This Bedroom is the perfect size for your kids. It has a ceiling fan, a closet with ample space, and two windows that allow plenty of light to shine into the room.
Flex Space w/Queen Bed
This Flex Space has plenty of room for a Queen Size Bed, a large Closet System, a Rocking Chair, and so much more. This room is perfect for that visitor who would like privacy and space to visit without interrupting family dynamics.
Upstairs Bathroom
All members of your family can enjoy this bathroom with it's Pedistal Sink and large soaker tub that will be enjoyed by parents and kids alike.
Main Floor Bathroom
This 3 piece balthroom boasts a vintage yet modern sink. The shower is tucked away in the left corner, but is easily accessible.
Lower Floor Bathroom
When game night migrates to the family room and friends/family stay over night in your flex room, this four piece bathroom is very convinient.
Laundry
A Laundry Station in the house makes for a hassel free experience. Launder what you need when you need!
BackYard
This Backyard has space, space, and more space! This Fire Pit where family and friends can sing a song, roast marshmellows, enjoy the stars, or just to socialize around is an amenity that can be enjoyed by all.
Side Yard
As spring ramps up, these side gardens show off their vibrant green. In a few short weeks there will be flowers and color.
Front Yard
This Front Yard is the perfect place to watch Parades, greet new and known neighbors, and enjoy the calm and sights of Leif Erickson Dr.

This Front Porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and/or contemplate the various activities in Decorah and at Luther College.

This is your work/study space. The Door can be closed so you will have a private place to work/study. Your family can continue with their daily routine while you complete your work. What a great benifit!
